Super admins register hospitals and issue QR codes. Patients scan to register and record symptoms. Physicians review cases and suggested diagnoses.

• Admin login — Super admin (same as /admin)
• Physician login (enter hospital slug)
• Patients and physicians can also open their links after scanning the hospital QR code (shown in the super admin dashboard after a hospital is created).
